Created interactive dashboards presenting KPIs, revenue trends and sales performance. Connected multiple data sources through Azure Data Factory with executive, sales, operations and finance views, plus drill-down, anomaly flags and scheduled email delivery.

Business Challenge

Performance reporting assembled by hand in Excel from several systems. Every report has to be rebuilt and re-checked, so by the time it reaches management the numbers describe a past period and nobody can drill into why.

Technical Challenge

Five source systems that used different names for the same thing. Built an ETL pipeline in Azure Data Factory with data cleansing and a unified semantic model, so one measure means one thing everywhere it appears.
